By using BaseWater’s website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
BaseWater provides water quality audits, personalized reports, and whole-home water filtration systems on a subscription basis. Equipment, installation, filter replacements, and maintenance are included in your monthly subscription.
Subscriptions require a 12-month minimum commitment. After 12 months, you may cancel at any time with no penalties. Upon cancellation, we will coordinate equipment removal at no additional charge.
If your water quality does not improve after installation, we will diagnose and resolve the issue at no cost. If we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund for the current billing period.
Water quality data is sourced from EPA SDWIS, the EWG Tap Water Database, and local utility compliance reports. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that published utility data is complete or current. Your in-home water test provides the most accurate assessment.
BaseWater is not liable for health outcomes related to water quality. Our audit provides information based on publicly available data and should not be treated as medical advice.
